* Manage all correspondence independently with agents in UK, US, Australia & Canada to coordinate the registration of the candidates at the subjected universities and arrange the visa documents to process
* Manage all administrative functions including filing, executing daily incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Create private database related to the Department and students
* Create tracking, monitoring and computerizing system related to the section
* Participate in developing IT & HR issues
* arranging events/training courses for employee's development as instructed by Supervisor

* Assist with developing the scholarship process for trainees/ employees and meeting scheduling.
* Organize and coordinate activities such as projects, trainees training, and management of department budget and review invoices.
* Perform and apply standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mails, answering phones and requesting stationary, office equipments & arranging deliveries
* Take necessary steps to keep projects on course.
* Create computerized filing system applied within the Department.
* Solve scholars minor problems abroad
* Create & design format and forms applied within the Department
* Follow and coordinate with team to accomplish the target project in Q-Tel on-time
