Part of the regional leadership team in the Middle East for Aggreko, a multi billion dollar temporary power and temperature control business. Core focus is to grow revenue, profitability and service offering across Upstream and Midstream oil and gas customers - predominantly in the GCC. Key Functions include: Budget and target setting Develop regional strategy for short to medium term to deliver on budgets and growth plans Cascade go-to-market plans for each country as part of wider Middle East strategy. Develop clear value proposition for Oil and Gas specific applications
Drive actions and prioritize teams workloads and sales targets Lead and support business development activities for key/high profile opportunities (typically NOC's, IOC's, EPC's and Tier 1 Service Co's) Continually refine the market sizing and market analysis to ensure our strategy and offering is fit for purpose Support clients through Energy Transition and Net Zero planning with focus on future technologies. Advise executive team on headcount, fleet and technology requirements and necessary budgetary spends Develop Sales teams through formal training recommendations and informal coaching Create marketing strategy for regional implementation Present at key industry events and high profile customer meetings
