Dealt with all management related issues concerning the life of the company including negotiations with vendors customers, venture capitalists; as well as day-to-day management issues. Worked closely with the main vendor of the trading software in the adaptation and localization of the product to the regional markets
Headed the Institutional Sales and Trading Desk at OTP Securities. Established relationships with large foreign institutional investors, both fixed income and equity. I helped to successfully established OTP Securities as the best local brokerage in Hungary (Euromoney 1999). While I was at OTP Securities, the firm was always within the top 5 local brokerages in terms of market share.
Series Four - Registered Options Principal
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) administers the exam. In order to take the exam an individual must be sponsored by a member firm of either FINRA or a self-regulatory organization (SRO). The GSRE is a six-hour exam.[3] It is held in two three-hour sessions. There are 260 questions on the test, 250 of which count toward the final score.
