• Bespoke, fully integrated operational and budget-controlled service delivery for aircraft operators.

• Lead negotiations with all key global vendors to obtain preferential pricing and ensured strong and cohesive vendor business relations.

• Successfully obtained the company’s first Bermuda CAA operational approval, allowing comprehensive flight support to aircraft on the Bermudan registry.

• Procurement of all third party service provider contracts and approval of related invoices payments. Management of company ETS Monitoring Scheme.
• Accountable for all ground operations activity, flight dispatch and crew control / FTL compliance to support a fixed wing fleet of 14 aircraft and a rotary fleet of 24 helicopters.
• Responsible and accountable for budget planning and cost management.
• Company nominated Postholder for Ground Operations, legally accountable to the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) for ongoing operational compliance, FBO management, flight dispatch policies, and all related training and qualifications for a team of 450+ resources in various roles and responsibilities.
• Management of the company’s VIP FBO Terminal to provide to quality services in support of Dubai Air Wing aircraft and also all head of state, VIP, government, celebrities, business leaders, helicopter and cargo operators using the company FBO and adjacent private ramp areas.
• Responsible for vendor selection and related procurement of all operational support services for each operation both domestic and international to ensure outstanding service delivery without compromising on safety or budget constraints.
• Continuously refined and improved operational processes, procedures and ensure compliance with company Operations Manual, GCAA regulations and international operating requirements.
• Implementation and management of company ETS Monitoring Scheme. Main point of contact with Dubai Air Wing’s regulator, the UK Environment Agency
• Global flight planning for a fleet consisting of 10 x A320 and 6 x A300 aircraft.
