Control dispatching of products on to dispatch trucks.
To ensure that assemblers have necessary parts from the warehouse for production.
To ensure that all products are made to specification, through the results of testing products such as pressure testing cube, crush testing of manholes and culverts. Recording of all tests and results and to give feedback to production where problems occur.
To ensure that the SABS standards are followed at all times and that all certification is up, as well as conduct internal audits on processes to see if they are following the standardized work instructions.
Updating of all quality files and relaying information back to the branch manager and the head office.
