• Ensured periodic servicing and maintenance of 750KVA and 350KVA(Yorc) MANTRAC (caterpillar) generators.
• Ensured all the air conditioning units are working optimally.
• Servicing and maintenance of Carrier Central Air Conditioners
• Troubleshooting and resolving, repair, installations of electrical tasks in the facility
• Receiving and ensuring a proper haulage of diesel supply in the facility.
• Ensured water treatment plant delivers clean water to the utility tanks for facility usage
• Taking records and track for electricity and diesel consumptions in the facility.
• Installations and resolving of plumbing/piping tasks in the facility.
• Ensured the passenger and cargo elevators are in service at all times and maintenance work is carried out by Mitsu-Lift Nigeria Limited Periodically.
• Procurement and recommendation of procuring electrical and plumbing parts in the facility.
• Working along with the HSE unit to ensure safe work environment and also a proper handling of solid, liquid waste.
• Working along with the cleaning unit to ensure the facility is tidy at all time.
• Planning and scheduling all forms of maintenance tasks in the facility.
• Supervising the contractors whenever are executing and carrying project in the facility.
• Ensured a proper negotiation with the vendors/contractors before sending the quotations to the management for approval.
• Sending weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports of the facility activities to the management.
• Attending budget meetings with the management.
Assembly of compressors, condensers, evaporators units
using oxy-acetylene brazing flame
