Supervise and monitoring the contractor on day to day in operations and maintenance of landscape to assure the quality works as per the contract and method statement.
: Conduct regular site visit, preparing the minute of site visit w/ technical clarifications
: Checking the Inspection Request (IR) for landscape and Irrigation
: Checking method statement for quality control and made assurance of work completion as per specifications
: Supervise and monitor the irrigation activities, maintenance and additional work and take the corrective action
: Monitoring the projects progress as per the submitted program by the contractor to take appropriate action to catch the delay
: Evaluation of monthly progress
: Manage and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints by Senior and Manager Sector.
: Checking all plant samples, plant storage area and other materials for conforming as per specification.
: Monitoring and checking the status of all assets such as Agriculture and Irrigation with Civil and Electromechanical assets.
: Checking and updating the as built drawing of project monthly basis.
: Giving suggestion and advice to Contractor for proper technique for maintenance of Soft landscape.

Supervise and control all site Engineers and Foreman
: Planning & executing day to day activities to carry out Landscape & Irrigation activities as per Client & Consultant
: Responsible for execution of landscape development works for additional construction (landscape and irrigation).
: Review all requisition prior to the approval of the Project Manager to ensure that all materials being requested are included as per Client's
Materials database.
: Responsible for the planning & forecast activities and ensure that report of daily done works were made and submitted to the consultant.
: Prepares detailed program of work as per contract documents.
: Prepares monthly, semi-annual and annual progress reports. : Act as project coordinator between consultants & site engineers.
: Assist for HSE monthly reporting and accident/incident investigations.
: Conduct and/or attend meetings in behalf of the Project Manager.

Supervise the all team in landscape maintenance such as soft landscape, hard scape, plant protection and irrigation.
Responsible for all additional work/provisonal sum execution.
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually planning for landscape work.
Direct coordination to the client/Consultant.
Knowledge for execution of landscape construction.
