• Overseeing if the planning and budgets are met with set KPI’s.
• Implement strategic responses to external influences, such as legislation, fuel costs, environmental pressures and HSE requirements.
• Regular site visits ensuring contractors are operating efficiently to contractual requirements and ensuring SOP’s are adhered to.
