Fracturing and Stimulations

o Maintenance of cementing units and various Cementing equipments eg Repacking HT 400 and C Pumps and general maintenance of cementing equipments including PLC's
o Capable of Mixing and pumping cement using , HCS ADVANTAGE UNIPRO II cement units, HCS ADVANTAGE PLC, And SKID 4 cement Units.
o Perform Preventive Maintenance and Routine Calibration on electronics devices and update it in the SAP

o Having Exposure in work over wells and drilling rigs in offshore.
o Preparation of cementing calculation at the well site E.g. Plug Calculation, Squeeze calculation, Single stage, Liner Calculation
o Troubleshooting, testing, assembling and perform visual inspections of electrical and mechanical devices
o Working Experience on High Pressure High Temperature wells (HPHT) With TOTAL
o Preparation of equipment for the job
o Maintenance of fluids power AC / DC Circuits
o Receive day to day instruction and sending the report to my senior supervisors and managers
o Very Good knowledge of Multimeters and Other Electronics Instruments
o Supervising installation of Cement unit in new offshore and Land rigs
o Ability To read And Interpret Blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts list of any cementing devices and their maintenance procedures
o Working with the clients like ZADCO, ADMA, TOTAL, AL HOSN, WINTERSHALL, DUBAI PETROLEUM and EXXONMOBILE in offshore and land rigs
o Rigging Up and Rigging Down of cementing equipment.
o Supervising junior Operators during cementing job and help them to know how to operate cementing unit
o I have attended both T BOSIET and H2S courses
o Very Good Advanced Computer Skills
o I was assigned as Services Supervisor / Cementing Operator in Paragon, Marawah and Junana ( ND 7 ) in Offshore in UAE
o Having Basic knowledge of down hole tools E.g. RTTS Parker and Storm valves
o Basic Knowledge Of Coil Tubing And well Stimulation.
o Basic Knowledge of Down hole tools
o Interpretation of laboratory Analysis Report (LAR)

o Operation Maintenances Support
o Cost estimates of materials required for a specific job/project.
o Maintenances of wiring and lighting systems

 Supervising operators during cementing job
 Doing inventory of spare parts and standard equipment maintenance of cementing equipment
 Preparation of cementing equipment to the rig
