• Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate movement, unloading and loading of bulk carrier vessels at the refinery jetty
• Monitoring of pump and line pressure gauges, vibration and leakage
• Complete and document appropriate ship/shore safety checks as required. Monitor the discharge and loading operations of all ships at the VHFL jetties to ensure they comply with VHFL and appropriate HSE standards, along with the International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers and Terminals (ISGOTT)
• Align and set up tanks, pumps and pipelines for product issue, receipt, transfer purposes
• Handling various operations activities like sampling, changing manifold connection, lineup checking, equipment preparation for maintenance, gas freeing preparations
• Respond to emergencies related to terminal, pipeline or marine related issues
• Valve line-up of products through lines to processing, storage, and shipping units, utilizing knowledge of system interconnections and capacities

• Responsible for the safe and efficient barge and tanker activities on the jetty, and for the cleanliness of the jetty environment, and general upkeep of same.
• Ensuring that all safety and firefighting equipment, and appliances are in a fit for use state. Drawing of fuel samples from vessel cargo tanks. Assist with docking and undocking activities for all vessels
• Hose / loading arm handling and connecting, to and from marine vessels. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, objectives and regulations and the commitment to achieving Zero Harm through safe behavior
• Verify that incoming and outgoing products are moving through the correct meters, and that meters are working properly
• Responsible for refilling truck each day, loading /offloading fuel tanker at bulk fuel facility, fuel bunker of LAMNALCO vessel ships
• Performing the duties of a Fuel System Distribution (FDS) Operator including: receiving, storing, transferring and dispensing fuels; operating a specialized work station; operating pumps and accessory equipment to receive, unload and transfer fuels; performing minor repair of FDS equipment; documenting the receipt and issuance of fuel
• Complying with established regulations for handling fuel; complying with laws and regulations to handle Hazardous Material (HAZMAT)
• Issuing aviation/ground fuel from a fuel distribution workstation to tanks, refueling units, aircraft or tank trucks. Start pumps and open valves or use automated equipment to regulate the flow of oil in pipelines and into and out of tanks
• Experience in all facets of fuel distribution systems, to include pipeline systems, hydrant systems, storage tanks, pumps, valves, fuel monitors and filters, truck fill stands, and service station facilities (manual and automated). Monitoring pressure and flow and reading gauges and adjusting valves as needed
• Comply with operational and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) policies and guidelines of the company as it apply to all activities /area of responsibilities
• Perform of systems maintenance equipment’s such as cleaning/changing strainers, greasing of pumps, pantographs and check relief valves condition
• Conduct general housekeeping of units, including wiping up oil spills and performing general cleaning duties
• Gauging, Sampling, Volume Calculation, System Valve Alignments and Operate Tank Truck Loading Facilities- Connects grounding cable to tank truck. Blocks the wheel of the truck. Obtains requisition from the driver. Connects bottom loading system to the truck fill truck as requisitioned. Obtain representative samples of the shipment. Record seal numbers of the shipping document. Disconnect grounding cable and remove the blocks from the truck wheels
• Operates various type of pumping equipment, electrical motor, and diesel driven pumps. Receives, stores and issues aviation fuel, diesel fuel and unleaded fuel for the facility
• Prepare and maintain records of all petroleum inventories, calculate and documenting as it is received, stored and inter farm transfer or loaded into equipment. Performed first level testing ( C-Type) of Jet fuel, diesel fuel and unleaded fuel.
• Obtain daily dips to acquire water cuts, temperature, API and take fuel samples on all level from bulk fuel storage tanks
• Performed valve alignments to connect terminal storage tanks to the piers, to other petroleum storage terminals and to accomplish tank to tank transfer
• Performed hydro-testing of fuel hoses. Refueling vessels of United States Navy Ships, United States Coast Guard Cutter and foreign ships
• Performed pier side fueling and de-fueling operations such as connecting cargo hoses, open and close valves and patrol tank farm areas
• Load and unload a fuel truck, safely implementing precautions associated with hazards of transporting and issuing petroleum products
• Receive, store, account for, document, and issue fuel product in accordance with specified standard operating procedures and military guidance
• Perform hot and cold refueling of various types of military helicopters and equipment
• Perform operational and preventive maintenance checks on relevant fuel equipment and vehicles in accordance with standards
• Maintain vehicle logs and submit daily vehicle deficiencies report
• Gauge tanks daily for estimated fuel amount in accordance with requirements
• Observe and follow all safety rules, regulations, and operating procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and reporting delays or accidents
• Responsible for the corrective maintenance of the fuel storage facilities and dispensing equipment which includes water/filter separators, coalescer, relief valves, fuel nozzles, meter strainers, fuel dispensers, pantographs, pumps, hoses, storage pipe works and related valve fittings and control devices such as storage for fuel testing
• Performed daily routine job such as pre-flight/post-flight inspection, aircraft servicing, dispatch, aircraft marshalling on both fixed wing and rotary aircraft.
• Performed aircraft documentation such as aircraft release papers.
• Performed routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance, 50 hours, 100 hours such as change oil and lubricants, changing of aircraft’s tire, inspection of cables and hatches, do safety wiring of nuts and annual inspection on both fixed-wing and helicopter aircraft.

i have worked in General Aviation as Aircraft Maintenance with fixed-wing aircraft and rotary aircraft with Airframe and Powerplant License. Experienced in Tank Farm operations and Oil movement from valve line up, tank gauging, receipt, transfer and issue of oil product.
