Head Office - Operation assignment
Direct and review and assist the Account Payable clerk to ensure the complete and timely payment of invoices. Divide the suppliers payments or tasked to the subordinate to meet the external and internal customers.
Ensure that the financial policy decisions are implemented, purchase transactions are properly authorized, accounted as per procedures and payments are released as per agreed terms & cash flow. This includes purchase procedure and inventory controls were complied on all contracted and non contracted purchases.
Responsible for processing of monthly closing as required, account analysis, expense statement. Vendor contact creation, archiving and claims reporting.
Sales Marketing assignment
Check, monitor & reconciled the sales collection report and balance the remitted cash by the Salesman. Maintained a cash handling compliance by timely deposit in the bank.
Preparation of different reports bank reconciliation, cash report and daily sales report.
In addition to the cash handling duties include payment allocation, temporary credit audit, order forecasting and inventory.
