Full knowledge of approved plans/ Engineering drawings. Specifications, contract conditions and agreement from Main Contractors, and other documents pertaining to the project.
Investigate and Evaluate site condition and give comment/recommendation prior to acquiring the propose site.
Conduct on-site inspection and observation from time to time and see to it that the quality, materials and workmanship comply with the approved plans and specifications.
