In-charge in the maintenance of all electrical and air-conditioning systems for residential towers, banks, offices, villas and hospitals.
Constantly monitor performance of all machines / equipment in specified area of responsibilities.
Troubleshoot and repair Chillers, Chilled water pumps, lifting/transfer/booster pumps, AHUs, FCUs.
Performs preventive maintenance activities such as cleaning contacts or circuit boards, panel boards, replacing worn components and performing inspections on existing motors, oiling geared motors.
Tests newly rewound motors, locally fabricated and replacement parts from accredited suppliers and provide feedback verbally or in the form of a formal report on findings as soon as possible.
Reports to superior cases where problem arises beyond responsibility or whenever proper coordination is needed.
To participate in Emergency Response duties as a team leader/member.
To verify completed maintenance activities and ensure that the job is performed as per requirement and complete the maintenance activity sheet.
To comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures

Performs preventive maintenance activities based on Maximo work orders, and carry out skilled maintenance, repair and testing of electrical equipment.
