Prepare necessary schematic diagram.
Revised as-built drawings as per site situation.
File and secure as-built drawings.
Coordinate drawings for approval.
Preparation of Design Layout/ Surveying site/Material inspection at the factory/ Supervised Execution.
Preparing basic drawing of precast concrete construction such as plans, elevations, section details etc. for single and multi storey buildings and other Architectural and Structural precast concrete drawings.
Convert conventional Architectural /Structural drawings to Precast construction drawing.
Preparing details of all precast concrete component and connection details such as wall, panels, columns, beams.
Preparing Civil and Steel structural drawings like grading and paving plans, foundation layout and details.
Preparation of Bar bending schedule preparation of Rebar fabrication drawings, detailing of Structural steel connection as per B.S. code and ASTM code.
Preparing shop drawings for production and erection purposes including Architectural, electrical, sanitary up to complete the entire project.
Coordinating with Engineers and Designers of other discipline to ensure correct and complete design so that project should runs smoothly. Making modifications after review of Engineers.
Prepare As- Built, mark-ups at site and incorporate them in drawings.
