Position: Finance Manager
• Control of all Budget, Cash Flow Operations, results, financial and economic ratios and net profit of the Company.
• Responsible for all finance and accounts and finance regulations, including policies and procedures.
• Responsible of Accounts and Statutory Reports for Shareholders and Entities of control including ASGHGHAL.
• Responsible for the distribution, funding and payments of works done to AVM Jv partners
• Secretary of the Steering Committee of AVM JV (Higher Establishment of the both Companies)
• Implements financial reports, Cash Flow Projections and Long Term Forecast for the 10 years Contract Project.

• Control of all Cash Flow Operations, results, financial and economic ratios
and net profit of the Company.
• Responsible for all finance and accounts team
regulations, about policies, procedure and best practices at work.
• Advisor to Chairman, General Manager and Operations
Manager about risk management, mitigation and monitoring of all kind of
events which require a financial review and analysis perspective.
