Create a new vision and identity of the area, guaranteeing the opportunity, quality and effectiveness in the services offered, creating value and contributing to the sustainable growth of CEMEX.
• Decrease inventory level in 150.0 MM USD.
Lime Plants Manager (Mexico)
Support the efforts of the operation - lime area (3 lime plants in Mexico with yearly cost budget 17 MM USD and 336 people) for complying with the objectives of CEMEX and implement the opportunity areas detected in the prior processes to the acquisition or to the incorporation to CEMEX (Due Diligence and Post Merge Integration).
• Increase operation margin to 3.0 MM USD per Year.
Support the efforts of the operation - cement area for complying with the objectives of CEMEX. Establish assignment product process and production programs, generate cost budgets and investment plans (country, region and plant level), detect opportunity areas and propose practices that improve the productivity levels and reduce operation costs in cement plants.
• Analyzed and evaluated the impact in rationalization of the assignment product process for cement plants in Mexico (savings for 20 MM USD in 5 of 18 cement plants).
Support the efforts of the operation - cement area for complying with the objectives of CEMEX. Analyze the information (country, region and plant level), detect opportunity areas and propose practices that improve the productivity levels and reduce operation costs in cement plants.
• Consolidated and analyzed the information related to cost budgets 450 MM USD, investment plans 150 MM USD, and administrative and operative results of the cement plants in Mexico.
