• Manages the overall Mechanical and Maintenance Department, oversees fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair & maintenance of the light, medium and heavy vehicles.
• Plans and directs all aspects of mechanical engineering activities within an organization. Ensures all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
• Oversees the design of products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc. Evaluates and finalize all fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.

• Manage fleet maintenance and repair job flow in the workshop and its job allocation, job planning and scheduling for day-to-day operations. Coordinate resources (operational and human), schedules and activities to effectively and efficiently manage works.
• Do quoting, project management, material purchasing and quality checks. Provide oversight and check job estimates, manage inward goods, checking quantities and quality, dispatching goods and receipting invoices.
• Regularly evaluates report progress on each repair, service and maintenance jobs of the fleet and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Director or upper management.

•Works with our Maintenance Sections (Plant maintenance, Mobile Maintenance, Electrical & Automation) to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified underground and surface equipment and installations. Do vibration testing and thermography, use infra-red thermometer, makes report and recommendation about the imbalance, misalignment, looseness and bearing failure analysis.
•Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues. Responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of our underground equipment and new assets.
•Participates in the development of design and installation specifications plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
•Participates in the final check out of new installations which includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications. Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems.
•Defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan for all our underground fleets that includes:
>Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
>Root Cause and Root Cause Failure Analysis and Corrective Action System on all mine underground & surface equipment repetitive failures and breakdown.
•Do 'Lubrication Management' based on machinery oil analysis, condition monitoring, contamination control and on site lubrication consultancy aiming to reduce operating costs by improving machine operating conditions through contamination control, reduced wear and increased oil life.

•I established our short- and long-term equipment/machinery maintenance plan showing great improvement in reliability, maintenance KPI’s and maintenance cost. I provide workshop and on-site management, root cause analysis or maintenance (RCA/RCM) investigation, planning and controlling of day to day operations for all aspects of stationary and mobile plants, such as fleets of service vehicles, lifting and all heavy machinery maintenance, logistics, servicing, repair, testing and commissioning.
•Directs repair of engines, transmission, differentials, undercarriage, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. Leads all maintenance personnel in assembling and disassembling of crane components for mobilization and demobilization, Supervise repairs of hydraulic systems such as hydraulic pumps, directional valve, pressure and flow control valves, hydraulic lines and couplings, pilot controlled circuits, tramming circuits, fixed and variable pumps, prime movers, cylinders etc., I have extensive experience in hydraulic calculations, hydraulic system, hydraulic symbols, reading diagrams, working with hydraulics, start up and pressure settings and maintenance. I also do diagnose, troubleshooting and repairs of crushing, screener and batching plants, mixer trucks, dump trucks (Kenworth, Freight Liner, Mercedes, International etc.), concrete pump trucks (Schwing, KCP), cement beal trailers, loaders (CAT, Hyundai, Komatsu), backhoe/loaders(John Deere, Volvo), dozers (Komatsu, John Deere, CAT 7N, 9N, 9R) trenchers, telehandlers, trailers, mobile elevated work platform(Genie, Rapid), rough terrain crane, truck mounted cranes, crawler cranes (Grove GMK5225& TM9120, P&H CN150 & CN160, Manitowoc lattice boom crawler 12000-1, Demag CC1500) and service vehicles (Toyota Land Cruizer, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu Dmax, Ford Ranger pickups).
•I am directly responsible for maintenance programs implementation (SAP & CMMS), equipment/parts procurement, tire management, follow-up of warranty issues, establishing and maintaining budget in support of individual projects and quarry operations provides direct supervision to 3 maintenance supervisors.
•Helps our personnel develop a complete familiarity with all equipment/machinery needs, maintains records, develops or implements and drive the evolution from reactive to proactive preventive maintenance, making sure all equipment are check and tested, daily checklist is done prior to issuance in the job site. Analyzes all daily checklist to strategically manage planning, control & scheduling, purchasing, logistics, warehousing and transportation, keeping track on quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery schedule giving emphasis on transport costs and efficiency. Meeting all requirement, productivity and deadlines.
•Assists project managers, project superintendents with their equipment requirements and usage for maximum production and value. Provides on-call support to clients and customers who hires or rents our machinery in case of breakdown/trouble.
•Actively develops the maintenance team’s capability to understand, own and effectively execute, with excellence the key systems associated with World Class Maintenance. Drives the performance and development of our maintenance team by instigating helping each other develop individual skills and enhancing team work.

•Manages all drilling, loading and hauling activities, I lead the maintenance or repair activity in the open pit and underground mine operation of our fleet of mine equipment/machinery. Represents heavy-duty maintenance department in mine operation meeting, coordinates in all aspect of mine operation, logistics, maintenance or repair and give advices or recommendations.
•I do inspection, diagnosing and troubleshooting, erection, testing, commissioning and follow-up all breakdown issues of all underground and surface equipment. I perform repair of hydraulic systems such as directional valve, pressure and flow valves, hydraulic lines and couplings, pilot controlled circuits, tramming circuits, fixed and variable pumps, prime movers, cylinders etc., I apply my extensive experience in hydraulic calculations, hydraulic system, hydraulic symbols, reading diagrams, working with hydraulics, start up and pressure settings and maintenance. I ensure that all works are in total adherence to all Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Policies, as well as other policies, procedures and guidelines.
•Leads Drilling Technical Committee formed by the management to investigate the downtime, failures and accomplishment of the drill rig machinery, makes recommendation and implemented it increasing the availability by 20%, utilization by 18%, rod performance by 27% and monthly tonnage drill production by 21% and also decrease the breakdown by 27%.
•In charge of equipment maintenance department budget for the year such as operating expenditures budget, physical plan and assumption for the year, fixed asset purchase for operations budget, tire management, project expenditure budget and work force budget. Manages the HIS (Hose Information System), SIS (Service Information System), SAP & CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Software) making improvement to safety p.m.’s, routine tasks & incidents. Implements root cause analysis, technical analysis inspection, repair determination inspection and check list implementation.
•Creates short and long-term strategic reliability plan, pro-active reliability centered culture reducing the downtime, repair costs, inventory and increasing production capacity & surface/underground equipment availability.

In charge of all repair, maintenance of crane/machinery and implementation of OSHA, HSE and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
•Make direct purchase base on authorized purchase orders of fast moving, critical maintenance and repair parts or stocks locally and internationally, manages logistics and transportation whether air or sea order and thru DHL, TNT etc., and coordinate directly to the supplier/dealer and shipping or logistic provider.
•Supervises engineering personnel in Root Cause Maintenance analysis (RCMA). fabrication, repairs and overhauling of engine system (Cummins, Deutz, Perkins, Mercedes Benz, Caterpillar etc.), transmission system (ZF, CAT), differential system, hydraulic system, power train, pneumatic and electrical system etc. of different heavy machinery in the workshop and field areas.

•Monitors, checks and lead all base shop personnel in every mechanical work assignment such as preventive maintenance, testing/commissioning, rehabilitation, logistics, field and interim repairs of all fleets of equipment and machinery (crushing plant, loaders, road graders, truck mounted cranes, crawler crane, rough terrain crane, drill rigs, excavators, dump trucks, forklifts, road rollers, compressors, generators, pumps, etc.)
•Submits monthly Inspection Report, Direct Cost Report, Equipment Field Service Repair Report, Rehabilitation Accomplishment Report, Work Order Report and Interim Repair Report.
•Responsible for all quarry operations, rigging/lifting and techno-commercial activities pertaining to the projects and make recommendation or analysis. Achieved an inventory of spares is being maintained less than of 0.25% of total value.
•Implemented the Standardization and Localization of spares, thereby cost reduction of 30%.
•Do hands on repair & maintenance, engine, transmission, axles and differentials, do overhauling jobs in workshop & field (quarry and project sites). Do diagnosing and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems most especially on service vehicles, construction equipment, truck mounted, crawler and rough terrain crane problems.

Philippines
•Cooperates with project manager, engineers, staff and foreman in studying and evaluating of plans, designs, variations, specifications/dimensions of projects such as (roads & highways, bridge, school buildings, port etc.) with compliance to the standard and customer requirements.
•In-charge of quarry operation, maintenance, repair, testing and commissioning activities of all fleets of equipment/machineries (crawler cranes, truck mounted cranes, rough terrain cranes, bulldozers, pay loaders, graders, excavators, tug boats, barges, dump trucks, generators, compressors, road rollers etc.).
•Supervise all workshop and field service personnel in repair/ preventive maintenance, inspection and testing of all machinery/equipment in quarry or project sites.
•Responsible for finalizing the Technical Specifications of the entire project related equipment and other construction activities. Conducts monitoring, planning, cost control, estimation and budgeting of all equipment/machinery activity in the workshops and project sites.

PROJECTS: Homapon to Anonang farm to market road and bridge construction, Travesia bridge rehabilitation, Aroroy, Masbate and Pasacao. Camarines Sur Ro-Ro port construction (DOTC Project).

•Supervises Insulation, Filter Aid and Crushing Plant personnel in every hauling, loading, manufacturing work load/activities to meet the schedule, quantity and quality of finished products (INSULATION and FILTER AIDS)
Developed and designed a dust collector by adding silencer to fight dust and noise pollution which improve the production process. Redesigned a plant layout for the shipping department, manages stock levels, store up keeping and make decision about stock and production control.
•As a core member of 5’S and ISOO 1900 activities, implements energy conservation, resource recycling, waste management, pollution monitoring, environmental compliance and document preparation and control. Coordinates quality control and shipping section regarding QC methods implementation and logistics activities to meet the quality targets and specific deadline of deliveries to valued customers.
•Performs planning and scheduling of all maintenance, testing/commissioning and repair works in workshop and production site of all plant facilities/equipment and in the perlite, quarry sites such as generators, air compressors, bagging system, electronic scale system, belt conveyors, crushers plant, screeners plant, dryers, milling machines, forklifts, loaders, dump trucks etc.
