Heading the HSE department and coordination of the development and execution of HSE plans and
procedures. Liaising with and advising the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Construction Manager and
other civil construction team on matters related to HSE. Development, planning, executing & reporting internal
HSE audit program Liaising with concerned certification authorities, when required. Preparation of HSE
documents and statistics. Development/Implementation of HSE procedures and training programs
management of HSE Advisors at various locations and Medics, assist in providing HSE expertise to the TEAM
organization. Supervising HSE for all clients and contractors, maintaining and updating HSE manual
Conducting JHA/RA/HAZID/HAZOPQualitative Risk Assessments Carry out accident/near miss investigations,
Preparation/Review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

safety by conducting training, inspections, and investigations and by maintaining documentation and
equipment for construction sites.
Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE Management System on the all phases
(Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning up to Mechanical Completion)
of the project.
* To establish Project HSE Plan including HSE Policy (based on Corp. QHSE Policy) and
continually improve it.
* Assist and coordinate with the Project Manager and all personnel assigned to the project in
establishing an overall Project HSE Management Plan based on Companies IMS
Management standards and Project requirements.
* Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Project HSE Management System to
project employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to
employees.
* Establish Project HSE audit program & schedule and perform the Project HSE Audit within
the project organization in cooperation with Corporate QHSE Team.
* Report the Project HSE Audit Results to higher management and Project Manager.
* Monitor Project HSE System activities such as Engineering HSE and Field HSE activities
based on Companies Management system and Project requirements.
* Coordinate with Engineering HSE Engineer and manage Construction HSE staff
* Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project HSE issues.
* Produce and develop the Project HSE Training Plan. Ensure implementation of the plan.
Ensure that training records are maintained.
* Ensure that HSE is applied in line with the Project HSE Design Criteria to the Engineering,
Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Mechanical Completion phases of the
Project.
* Ensure that the Project meets international standards.
Provided proactive safety support to internal and external employees. Monitored and prevented potential
workplace Safety hazards through routine inspections and training; accurate and up-to-date documentation
of policies, procedures, and data; and investigations into accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. Proper
execution of safety requirements, in construction & installation activities, as per safety control procedures
and plans in accordance with the approved safety rules and regulations.
* Manage, coach and mentor HSE personal in providing safety health and environmental function
and support service to organization.
* Ensure all the employees at organization are meeting the safety standard and and have system at
place.
* Define and set targets and monitor the actual performance and it meet with the targets.
* Communicate promote and manage the company’s vision with respect of HSE standards,
behavior and performance.
* Reduced the number of documented injuries among the work force in a year.
* Developed, maintained, updated, and enforced policies and procedures including the following:
Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Emergency Action Plan, personal protective
equipment procedures, and Safety Contingency Plans. Revised policies and procedures to
minimize potential hazards.
* Initiated and conducted employee interviews for biannual audits of Environmental Health and
Safety (EH&S) protocols, policies, and programs
* Performed daily walk-through for safety inspections of the under construction area including fire
systems. Documented and photographed findings and compiled and presented statistical data on
safety activities to General Manager. Coordinated the installation of fire extinguishers where
necessary.
* Ensured compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations through comprehensive inspections
and communication. Informed employees of changes in regulations. Maintained prominent display
of the required safety bulletin.
* Investigated accidents and injuries. Documented the injuries; detailed the events leading to, during,
and after the accident; and made recommendations to fix hazards.
* Liaise with HSE coordinators to ensure a successful injury management has been maintained and
developed in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant statutory requirement as
appropriate
* Identified, recommended, and implemented ergonomic changes to reduce health and safety
hazards. Worked with ergonomist to redesign employee work areas.
* Ensure compliance of internal and external audit requirement.
* Conducted scheduled employee First Aid and safety training classes covering earthquakes,
evacuations, fire extinguishers, accident handling and investigations, etc. Provided and presented
disaster relief and emergency preparedness training and materials.
* Designated as the first responder for emergencies based on EMT training and charged with
overseeing all medical response.
* Design and development of safety system for the completion stage, review of subcontractor’s
submittal.
* Ensure the monthly /weekly reports related to HSE is been follow up and relevant HSE documents
are prepared and implemented at place.

problems.
* Monitors work place on a daily basis to ensure all activity meets safety compliance.

in Dubai with the concept of sustainability and green concept. Which consist with 500 villas farm houses,
school, shopping malls, mosque, horse tracks and several other feature which is helps to create an health
environment. As a
stair residential units in constructed by JEET Contracting Company in Dubai Jumirah Village Circle
.Task assigned for me to monitor the HSE conditions of the project and advice the key HSE team to
improve the safety statistics and to achieve a zero accident and injury project and the team achieved the
core idea of our HSE team.
Responsibilities:-
* Establish the HSE and security management plan for the sake of loss prevention of the site.
* Plan for and perform the site HSE and security management programs.
* Plan for and implement the site HSE & security training programs.
* Check and improve the hazardous construction work conditions
* Manage occupational health, workers’ health examination.
* Establish an emergency action plan in preparation of an accident occurrence in order to save the
situation and restore the area after the situation is over.
* Investigate the cause of accident, establish preventive countermeasure and report the result to
home office and local governmental authorities concerned.
* Establish the emergency response plan for major accidents and provide the training and the result
report.
* Record and keep the statistics of accident reports.
* Maintain a record of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on chemicals used in the workplace
* Provide the HSE security equipment and personal protective equipment
* Provide the preventive plans for hazardous material handling.
* Support discipline supervisors for performing their job safety.
* On regular schedule, take a site safety and security patrol to find any inappropriate practice.
Inform assigned superintendent to take a necessary measure to correct discrepancies, and assure
that corrective action is followed up.
* Responsible for ensuring that Project HSE Management policy, plans and procedures are
implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are
intended.
* Establish Permit to Work System and manage and train relevant personnel.
* Report the performance status of Project HSE and relevant issues to the QHSE Team and Project
Manager.
