Monitor the company’s required permits and licenses to ensure the accurateness and completeness of documents in compliance with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) rules and regulation. Responsible for securing required permits such as Building Permits, Occupancy Permits, Permit to Operate, Letter of Authority (LOA) for the importation of machinery, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
Responsible for encoding and processing source documents according to prescribed job standards and specifications.
