As a housekeeper supervisor, my responsibilities include,
1:Guest relations, responding to guest complaints or special requests promptly.
2: Training and Development, training new Housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage and safety protocols.
3: Quality control, inspection of guest rooms, public areas ānd back of the house facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
4: Inventory control, monitor stock level of cleaning supplies, linens and submit orders as needed to prevent shortages.
5: Safety and compliance, enforced health and safety regulations, ensuring staff follow protocol for using commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment.
6: Department Coordination, liaise with maintenance and front desk teams to report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests
