• Directly reports to Group IT Director.
• Performs budget tracking and invoice monitoring for the department.
• Maintaining general office files, electronically and physical copies.
• Prepare and maintain daily & periodical reports pertaining to admin activities.
• Involvement on the hiring process of the department (IT, CCTV and Technology Dept.)
• Involvement on the department’s purchase requisitions.
• Responsible on the time keeping of department staffs.
• Responsible on work order and contract creation on ERP system for CCTV and Technology Department.
• Preparation of new contracts and renewals for CCTV department.
• Maintains strict confidentiality related to department records and other data.
• Monitors and arrange payments necessary for the deliveries and other charges needed related to the projects.
• Acts as IT help desk coordinator.
• Disseminate tasks to the IT engineers and point of contact for IT requests follow ups.
• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to managing director for IT helpdesk assistance.
• Basic knowledge on trouble shooting.
Assists the underwriters in logging in their accounts on the
system and sending spreadsheets which contains initial approval
and details of the buyers. Uploading necessary documents needed by the underwriters.
• Assisting applicants for their initial exam and endorsing them to the interviewers.
• Assisting newly hires for their welcome orientation.
• Assisting the HR Officer in documenting applicants information and collecting necessary documents for the newly hires.
