• Positioning, dynamic, static, cinematic, vibrational and load study
(KukaLoadPro) of two Kuka KR1100 R10 robots
• Designing of a steel structure chassis including a robot base in the ceiling
with displacement finite element analysis undercritical loads.
• Designing of a handling gripper with weight, volume and moments of
inertia optimization.
• Design discussion with client and products validation with suppliers.
• Finite element analysis for optimization and manufacturing drawings.
Results:
• Realization of the designed chassis and gripper.
• Positioning and robots selection as studied and recommended.
• Optimization: weight optimization from 3.4kg“imported gripper"to 1.2kg

• Responsible for 5 manufacturing and maintenancetechnicians.
Results : reducing technicians number from 7 to 5 for the same tasks
(machining, maintenance) and organization of preventive maintenance.

• Mechanical studies and calculations (dimensioning, service life and
choice of components "gears, shafts, bearings, actuators, motors…”)
• Modeling of the machine on Autodesk Inventor.
• Integration of an automatic tension control system/web guiding system.

Results: Manufacturing of a machine that is 30% more efficient and more
robust than the machines on the market with 20% cost optimization.

Optimization of the steam system of the company (2 x 15 MW boilers, two
big paper manufacturing machines and a carton manufacturing machine).
