Set up the Cafes for Bateel, open 7 cafes in Dubai, wrote the operational and franchise Manual. Manpower planning, recuit, train and implement. Set all the service standards and implementation with budgeting cost target and revenue dash board and cost analysis, Menu analysis etc.. Run day to day operation and more.
