• Prepare of electrical engineering and design deliverables including power and lighting layouts, data sheets, electrical load calculation, MCB/MCCB/breaker sizing, cable sizing, cables and cable tray routes, single line diagram, voltage drop calculation, detailed shop drawings and specifications in accordance to Dubai Electricity and Water Authourity (DEWA) regulations for electrical installation.
• Responsible for participation in design progress and design coordination meetings of the design projects and the preparation of meeting records.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure all parameters are met at the design stage.
• Inspect complete installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and project specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Provides day-to-day engineering operational advice and support to electrical site engineers and supervisors.

As Pre-sale:
• Preparing tenders including electrical BOQs and estimating prices.
• Taking quotations from suppliers.
• Preparing contract documents, budgets and cost estimates.

As Post-sale:
• Responsible for preparation of electrical load calculation, shop drawings and specifications.
• Designing power and lighting layouts, diagrams in accordance to Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) regulations for electrical installation.
• Provides preliminary drawings and/or samples to clients for selection and approval.
• Responsible for participation in design progress and design coordination meetings of the design projects and the preparation of the meeting records.
• Represent the project team on electrical engineering issues with the client, clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
• Liaison and coordination with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants and applicable local authorities obtain approval of design projects.
• Site electrical installation oversight and supervision.

• Designing electrical power and lighting layout, circuit diagrams, schematics and developing parts list in compliance with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) regulations for electrical installation.
• Responsible for the preparation of electrical design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for the design projects.
• Site electrical installation oversight.
• Fire fighting and fire alarm system design in compliance with the regulations of Dubai Civil Defense.

• Ensures good quality output based on defined parameters and control on-time delivery of products.
• Ensures production downtimes are properly recorded and attended.
• Perform minor tool set-up and machine adjustment.
• Take lead role in improvement programs like Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Reports to manufacturing supervisor and observe line abnormalities, whether it is machine, process or material.
• Assist other engineers (process, maintenance, IE) during evaluations.
• Support other production area as deemed necessary by manufacturing supervisor.
