Assissting patient in cast removal
Assissting doctor in closed manipulation, Below/Above Knee Fiber Glass Cast, Below/Above Elbow Fiber Glass Cast.
Assissting doctor in doing Intra-articular injection (diprofost) and injection hyalgan, removal of ingrown, cut injuries, and maintaining sterile environment while doing the procedure as well.
Provide Nursing care of the highest quality, which is safe and in accordance with the Hospital Policy and international standards of nursing practice.
Implement nursing care, using priority setting skills, and modify interventions in response to changing clinical situations.
Evaluate and document effectiveness of nursing care.
Assess patient care needs, and establish priorities for nursing intervention
Initiates discharge planning and health education in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

To carry out comprehensive observations and to implement emergency procedures as necessary.
To implement associated procedures in the care of clients.
To accurately and promptly complete documentation relating to all client records ensuring that all handwriting is legible documentation is clearly signed.
To explain post operative instructions and any special instructions/information
To implement client checking procedures prior to discharge providing support and reassurance to client as necessary required by the Surgeon
