• All around task such as waiter, barista, cashier and customer service
• Oversee the operation of the restaurant
• Resolving the customers complaint.
• Creating new products and costing for market price.
• Preparing monthly plan for stocks projection to avoid the over stocks and waste.
• To ensure all stocks are available
• Conducting daily monthly and yearly inventory.
• Observe the personal hygiene, wearing complete uniform for all staff.
• Preparing of weekly staff schedule
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales to the owners
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develope and control sales and service programs.
• Making customer reservation tables and cabins.
• Monitoring the daily sales report and analyzing non moving and fast moving products.
• Preparing the monthly food cost and sold out reports.
