•Attend all air conditioning work related issues, emergency calls, work request for repair and corrective maintenance, routine facilities inspection for any water leakage, thermostatic controls, temperature control, humidity and PPM as per work request CONCEPT 500.
•Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance such as: Chilled water pumps, Cooling tower, Air Handling Unit, Fan coil units and all related in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning system (HVAC)
•Direct reporting to Residence Manager and Client operation Manager.
•Performed Monthly inventory to all consumable materials.
•Performed Monthly Report.
•Coordinate to all sub contractors
Operation and maintenance of Diesel engine with total capacity of 2.7 mega watts.
Operation and maintenance of water treatment plant especially chromium treatment facility.
Operation and Maintenance of reverse osmosis, de minerelized water and all type of filtration system.
Operation and Maintenance of centrifugal or screw type chiller with total capacity of 1000 tor.
BMS/CMS operation and trouble shooting.
