Pre-diagnose customer's vehicle prior to entering the workshop. Advise customer regarding what is normal & what is not normal in their vehicle. Assist Service Advisor in handling customer's concern.
Entertained customer with concern on their vehicles. Opened work Order for the technician to proceed the repair. Update customer's details in the system if there changes need to be change. Follow up repairs inside the workshop. Update customer regarding the status of their vehicles in the workshop. see to it thet vehicle is clean in & out before releasing to customer. Discuss with the Workshop Manager other details pertaining to customer's concern.
Repair customer's vehicle as per work order instructions. Clean in & out of vehicle after the repair has been done. see to it that concern is fixed the first time for customer satisfaction. Clean working bays before the end of the day.
Perform vehicle repairs as per instruction from repair order. Follow manufacturer's service manual instruction. Clean working bays after each repair.
Supervised nightshift maintenance personnel. See to it that buses are ready for operation early in the morning. Schedule maintenance regular repair for every transportation bus. Report directly to Shop Manager the next day regarding the night operation. Suggest some proposal or projects for maintenance related tasks.
