1.conduct topographic survey for feasibility study, relocate boundaries, establish control points, building layouts, implement approved for construction plans, submit shopdrawings, prepare work schedules, monitor accomplishments, submit progress reports, coordinates with consultants and project engineers/architects, assumes the position of project-in-charge in the absence of the project manager, carry-out other duties relevant to civil engineering as required by the project manager. 2.Total land development project study, designs road network including underground facilities such as drainage and sewer systems, electrical and water lines, telephone and cable lines. above ground finishes such as kerbstones, interlocks, paver blocks, asphalt or concrete pavement.
3.Layout and design of soft and hard lanscaping projects which includes irrigation systems, lighting fixtures, fountains, man-made lagoons and hills, and others as required by the architect.
