Responsible to set-up the project control of Two Open Cycle Power Plant, including EPC Project Schedule, Project Contol Procedures (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning), interpreting and evalueting documents (contract, procedures, etc) to assess impact on project.

Project: ACWA Power Zarqa Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCGT) - Az-Zarqa, Jordan
Responsible to set-up and implement the planning project of Combined Cycle Power Plant, including EPC Project Schedule, Planning Procedures and interfaces between SEPCIII HQ (China), Engineering (Spain) and Site (Jordan), interpreting and evaluating documents (contract, procedures, etc) to assess impact on project.
- Giving work directions, and sets schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of work;
- Ensuring monitoring and reporting of project controls processes are successfully setup and implemented on projects;
- Implementing project monitoring systems, and prepares reports on groups activities on Oracle Primavera P6;
- Providing training and guidance in the use of planning and programming systems, project monitoring and controls, as well as interpretation of data and information generated.

Project: Bristol-Myers Squibb, global BioPharma - Dublin, Ireland
Responsible to develop the planning project (including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases), project control procedures (including project reports highlighting issues and area to concern), and risk management plan, using Oracle Primavera P6 and Filemaker Pro.

Project: Pumping Station / Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Programme - STEP, Abu Dhabi, UAE - Construction of the biggest pumping station of the world with an initial budget of USD $1.4 bi. ADSSC - Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company
Responsible for the coordination of execution to Building Facilities (including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) and Steel Structure installation on Shaft.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverable, providing direction and support to production team;
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
- Ensure compliance with project contract requirements by reviewing shop drawings, method statements, inspection test plans, and material submittals
- Supervise procurement cycle for purchase orders. Monitor supplier performance in terms of overall service and delivery, and ensure that suppliers meet contractual commitments;
- Strategy planning and execution respecting delivered schedule with Oracle Primavera P6;
- Ensure subcontractor’s compliance to approved procedures and project contract specifications.

Main responsibilities:

Project: Coal-Fired Power Plant 365MW (UTE Pecém II) Ceará, Brazil - Thermoelectric power plant generation with coal with capacity of 365MW / total investment of R$2.5Bi (July/12 - October/13).

• Revise the organizational matrix of the Planning and Development sector interfaces with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning;
• Revise the master schedule and other control systems work to meet the interfaces between Construction and Commissioning of the project;
• Coordinate physical monitoring and control systems;
• Coordinate the planning team of Construction and Commissioning;


Project: Combined Cycle Thermoelectric Power Plants 1863MW (UTE Parnaíba), Maranhão, Brazil - Biggest thermoelectric complex power generation to natural gas in Brazil, with a total investment of R$ 6.5 Bi. (January/12 - June/12).

• Preparation of Project Master Schedule (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning);
• Set up of Project Control and Monitoring System based on Primavera Enterprise - P6 and other company own made control systems.
• Coordination of the Planning Team of Engineering, Construction and Commissioning;

Main responsibilities:

Project: Pipe Rack Off Site (COMPERJ / PETROBRAS) Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - Construction all pipe rack to Petrochemical Complex Petrobras COMPERJ with an initial budget of R$2, 2 billion (May/11 - January/2012)

• Set up of Project Control and Monitoring System based on Primavera Enterprise - P6 and other company own made control systems.
• Coordination of the Planning Team for Engineering and Construction;
• Set-up of the CBS (Cost Breakdown Structure);
• Project Monitoring and Measurements Reporting;
• Risk Analysis Project.

Project: Proposal of Combined Cycled Thermoelectric Power Plants 490 MW (UTE Baixada Fluminense - PETROBRAS) Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

EPC Project for UTE Baixada Fluminense, on Rio de Janeiro / Brazil. (March/11 to May/11)

• Set up of WBS and CBS project;
• Set up of Master Schedule, histograms, resource leveling;

Project: Fertilizer Unit (VALE FERTILIZANTE / VALE) Minas Gerais, Brazil

Acting as Planning Engineer (February/10 to March/11) in the development planning of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning in Fel 3 and 4 (Front-end Load). Industrial Complex with an expected budget on US$ 2.6 billions. Planning evaluated and approved by the IPA Institute.

• Development and monitoring of the WBS and CBS of de project, physical and cost monitoring, preparation and detailed schedule, resource leveling, reporting back log, curves and histograms;
• Project Monitoring and Measurements Reporting;

Main responsibilities:

Project: Henrique Lage Refinery Modernization Project (REVAP - PETROBRAS) São José dos Campos, Brazil
Acting as Planning Engineer (February/08 to February/10) in planning, programming and control of the pipe discipline of Construction, include TIE IN to activities and interfaces OFF-SITE by Units Process exist.

• Planning, scheduling and control of fabrication and erection of piping and TIE IN activities.
• Preparation of schedule, monitoring and critical path analysis, performance analysis projects, reporting back log, physical and financial progress, curves, histograms, among others, planning implementation and monitoring of project activities and using as main tools control-Project and MS Excel.

Project: Alumar Refinary Unit#2 Expasion Project - ALCOA INC. - São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Acting as Planning Engineer (March/07 to January/08) on Project Control Team of Engineering activities, and the cash flow of the all project, with an approximate value of US$ 2.5 Billion.

• Planning, monitoring and analysis of project performance, planning implementation and monitoring in Primavera Enterprise - P5.
• Application of the method planning and control of multiple projects, methods and processes of corporate management, Cash Flow

Main responsibilities:

Acting as Planning Engineer Engineering in managing time and cost of projects to PETROBRAS, UN-BA, with a letter of investments worth US$1.3 million and operating by the planning team in managing several projects for Polyolefins and Petrochemicals at Braskem SA with a letter of investments of US$ 1.5 million, assuming a multidisciplinary approach in the development of work such as:

• Planning, monitoring and analysis of project performance.
• Implementation of planning and tracking in MS Project.
• Implementation of planning and control of multiple ventures method.
• Development of back-log reports, measurements, among others.
• Methods and procedures for corporate management

Between the period of January 2002 to January 2006, in Bahia / Brazil, working together with Project Management Team by client, developing estimates of investment costs and operating ventures, creation and deployment of Project Office (Project Management Office), planning and control of projects, supervision, monitoring and management of construction activities.
