Coordinates to other engineering field like survey department (for general alignment,
utility coordinates), consultants, QA/QC department, project coordinator, planning
department, office based engineers and other staff.
Arrange manpower and equipment required to complete activity in target time. Ensuring
construction work is executed in accordance with the contract.
Preparing inspection request and assist QC Inspector & consultant during the inspection,
then follow-up test results prior to the next work activity.
Responsible in maintaining quality, safety and standard during construction
Take progress photos then submit daily & weekly progress report.
Resolve any technical disputes in site.
Coordinates with the authorities to handover completed works
Performs field inspection to guarantee that all works in the site are in accordance to the
contract plans and specifications
Responsible in maintaining quality safety & standard during construction
Conduct weekly meeting to the manpower to clear of back job and their safety.
Attend bidding on government and private projects.
Manage the daily basis operation of the project.
Prepare estimates and program of works.
Performs field inspection and submit reports to the Municipal Engineer.
Coordinates with the consultant's representatives, sub-contractors and other engineering
trades to ensure proper sequence and implementation of works
Prepare billings, daily accomplishments and other field works.
Responsible in the supervision of all aspects of construction works related to civil,
structural & architectural works.
Responsible in maintaining quality safety & standard during construction
Conduct weekly meeting to the manpower to clear of back job and their safety.
Attend bidding on government and private projects.
