To ensure that compliance of Health and Safety is maintained in accordance with Nakheel policy
In-charge to all safety activities and implementation concerning safety measure according to
U.A.E. Laws
Carry out constant area survey to ensure only safe work method are operation.
Complies daily and monthly safety reports.
Review methods statement of activities to ensure safety of all workers is not compromised.
Conducting/monitoring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure and avoid accident/incident as per regulation and laws.
Ensures all safety and environmental procedures are properly and safely implemented.
Correcting any unsafe working practices or procedures observed at the work place in order to close out the non compliance.
Conduct weekly toolbox talk
Site monitoring to ensure policy, procedure, regulation and good practice are complied.
Sufficient protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintain and approved PPE provided are properly worn.
Review methods statement of activities to ensure safety of all workers is not compromised.
Conduct induction for widest dissemination.
Ensure all safety and environmental procedures are properly and safely implemented.
Conduct weekly Conduct weekly toolbox talk.
To Protect the VIP from Harm, Harassment and Embarrassment.
To Keep the VIP Alive.
Conduct advance Procedure, Surveillance.
Secured the flow of incoming/outgoing classified document; such as (Restricted, Confidential, Secret, Top Secret)
Disseminate right information in the right time- Intelligence is critical to effective protection.
In case of an attack, cover and evacuate the VIP ( Close contact, body cover with extrication techniques)
Implementation and coordination of the Health, Safety and Environment Plan. In case of infractions, report will be forwarded to the HSE Manager for immediate corrective action.
Inspect and maintain good housekeeping in all areas
Monitor all areas for any unsafe conditions/practices and implement timely rectification
Conduct daily safety inspection to ensure compliance to the safety requirements/rules and regulation. Prepare reports of violations, using the Unsafe Condition/Practice form.
Report all accidents/near misses, and maintains accident log recording of all pertinent accident information.
Monitor toolbox safety meetings conducted by engineers, supervisors, and foremen. Specific safety topics/procedures discussed shall be recorded in the safety logbook and forward copies to the HSE Manager.
Consult with Plant Engineer and coordinate training activities. Conduct training and demonstrate the proper usage of fire extinguishers.
Conduct inspections of fire extinguishers and maintain logbook.
Perform daily safety inspection and ensure corrective actions are implemented, as required.
Administer prompt First Aid to all First Aid Cases
Finish a four year course Bachelors of Science in Education at Southern Baptist College, M'Lang Cotabato, Philippines
