Processing in Flexcube (Citi Application)
•Performing the weekly and monthly analysis and reporting (MIS) of the total payments received and processed along with defects (Volumes, Categorization of Volumes and Accuracy & Timeliness Errors) to the management.
•Effectively liaising and communicating to the clients for processing the documents
•Produce internal / external reporting of reconciliation follow-ups
•Supervise reconciliation tool development request and reconciliation process development request
•Centralise all reconciliation related work in one team in Team leading of reconciliation activities
•Reduce risks by separating for high value amount Payments.
•Allocating day’s work to the team members.
•Managing a team of 25 members
•conducting all Mandatory Banking, Fraud & Risk Trainings
•Performing checker duties, when there is a need.
•Performing the Quality check for the entire team
•interaction with clients frequently for Process related queries & to handle escalation
•Being from the process migration phase for Documentation Process
•Handling a successful Process along with good quality of team handling which results in less attrition.
•I may include presenting data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data, it also includes building or designing data input or data collection screens in Citibank Morocco Cash Operations.
•Responsible for preparing all the audit deliverables to the management for Compliance audits & RCSA (Process & Information Security).
•Performing documentation checks for Citi Bank Morocco & move the document for Fund Transfer.
Secure the reconciliation process by:
•Automatisation of reconciliations which guarantees the processing of all data
•Industrialisation of the reconciliation process, processing of large volume of data entirely through Citidocs (Citi Bank Morocco Application)
•Have received many appreciations from our customers for timely delivery of customer requirement especially during contingency, processing huge volumes in the absence of core personnel.
•Actively participated in many of the Software migrations (Flexcube, Citidocs, e-dealer, etc
Managed & performed Chat Process for French Clients in France
Informed customers about accounts, products and banking services
•Offered clients to make appointments with counselors customer agency
•Carried out daily operations (payments, transfer orders, transactions ...)
