Greet the customer in polite manner ask what Parts/ Accessories he / she needs.Explain the Product/Accessories Available inside the showroom. Check the availability and the price of the parts he/she needs. Give the price of the part with or without discount. Provide the correct part to the customer. If the part is not available, provide a quotation and estimate price within time frame. Place an order for the parts that the customer need. Get deposit put on the system and issue an invoice. Give an estimate time arrival of parts & if the parts are already on the system give a customer a call to take his/her parts. Get the parts at the warehouse & issue to the technician. Print the requisition slip and ask the technician to check the parts and sign on the slip. Inquire / verify parts to other branches and main warehouse. Do the inquiries and canvassing of parts Do the purchasing procedure. Coordinate all transaction to the Service Manager Managing Director ask for approval and assistance.
Undertake additional related responsibilities as required (Receptionist, Service Advisor, Cashier, Warehouse Man, Inventory Clerk, Purchaser, Parts Picker
Assist the customer regarding all the parts they need and extend all the help that can satisfy the customer before he/she leave the counter. and to make sure all the inquiries of the customer will address properly. and if the customer need the parts very badly. place an order. and give the ETA of the parts. and also inform the customer if the parts are already arrived.
Check the JobCard and make sure the amount is correct give proper discount, account code to be used and invoice/close the jobcard. give a gate pass. if the customer give a partial payment put on the system as notification and give invoice(partial payment) . tallying the cash & credit sales against the system generated sales amount. Check & invoice all internal billing & use appropriate account code (Cost Center). deliver all the cash & credit card slip to account department at the end of the day transaction.
greet the customer politely, ask what he/she need. get the registration of his/her car.Give all the information of what the customer needs regarding to his/her car. give the parts he/she need. if the parts he/she need are not available. place an order give ETA time arrival of the parts and inform the customer if the part he/she order is already arrived.
Answer all the inquiries of the Customer regarding on the parts they need. and give them advice the availability and the price of the parts
Check all the Incoming & Outgoing Vehicles, inspect the interior & exterior parts of the Vehicles. Check the completeness & function of the Vehicles Such as:
A. Light (Brightness of the Headlights & Brake lights)
B. Liquids( Engine Oil, Brake Fluid ATF, Coolant, Steering Fluid Etc)
check the Cleanliness. do the under chassis checkup and report if their is problem or trouble regarding the cars.
Get the jobcard and Check the Vehicle, do the periodic maintenance, Trouble Shooting and Diagnosis and do the recommendation what is needed. Do the under Chassis check-up
