Serve as technical adviser to the project manager/site engineer in HSE planning. Implement HSE as per approved project HSE plan. Inspection of all rigging, scaffolding & fire related equipment. Implementing safety signboards and posters where ever it is applicable. Prepare HSE checklist/work instruction relevant to the project. Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles, heavy equipment are safe and up to the standard before commencement of its jobs. Coordinate with client/project personnel regarding HSE activities. Monitor compliance with mandatory HSE laws, standards or codes. Conduct inspection of job sites, documents and report any unsafe acts and unsafe condition to the responsible site engineer/supervisor for immediate corrective action.
*Conducts daily monitoring of Project Sites if HSE Policies and work procedures are properly implemented by work Site Supervisors.*Conducts Safety Orientation/Induction to all newly hired workers.*Prepares Job
hazard Analysis (JHA) and distributes recommendations to Site Construction Managers for their proper implementation at the job Sites.*Assist the Safety Engineer/Manager in gathering information related to accident/incident investigation.*Inspect work Site on a daily basis and report unsafe conditions to work site Supervisors/Foreman for immediate rectification.*Ensure the Issuance and use of all required appropriate personal protective equipment on site.*Assist the work site supervisors/Foreman in conducting daily toolbox talks and weekly Safety Meeting.*Conduct weekly Safety walk through Inspection with our Site Managers and Safety Engineer/Manager.*Attend weekly safety Coordination and Monthly Safety Committee Meeting.
Conducts orientation/induction to the new employees/workers in the site. Conducts inspection of job sites, documents and report any unsafe acts and unsafe condition to the responsible site engineer/supervisor for immediate corrective action. Implement HSE as per approved project HSE plan. Ensure that first aid kits/medicines is available at site at all times. Check and ensure issuance and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
