Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a safe and healthy office working environment
* Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing
letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
* Answers telephone communications and record messages
* Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals
* Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers
and records
* Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
* Makes telephone calls to existing and prospective online partner
* Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective partner through a relationship-based
approach.
* Prepare online order and coordinate with the courier.
* Prepare product specification details line sheet to be sent to prospective online partners.
* Prepare price strategy to increase sales and coordinate to partners as approved by department head.
* Salaries and benefit administration of employee
* Processes, checks & reviews confidential payroll, non-confidential and dailies payroll.
* Prepares and reviews monthly statutory reports and payment for Managerial and Rank and file statutory
contributions.
* Maintaining a safe and healthy office working environment
* Supervising the work of office juniors and assigning work for them.
* Review inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.
* Updating & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff.
* Maintaining confidential records from salaries and payroll related file.
* Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
* Supervises the HR Assistants in the implementation of HR policies and compliance to the company's
Employee Discipline System and Conducts of administrative and grievance hearings and preparation of
documents relative thereto.

* Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan application and closing documents.
* Prepare and type loan applications, closing documents, legal documents, letters, forms, government
notices, and checks.
* Interview loan applicants in order to obtain personal and financial data, and to assist in completing
applications.
* Assemble and compile documents for loan closings, such as title abstracts, insurance forms, loan forms,
and tax receipts.
* Record applications for loan and credit, loan information, and disbursements of funds.
* Submit loan applications with recommendation for underwriting approval.
