Preparation of all requirements for Innovation, Sales and Operation Planning, Forecasting as per the requirement for Category Analysis
Manage Consumer Promotions (Allocations/Tracking/Coordination's with Sales Channel Managers or Country Managers)
Customer wise Analysis
Align with Marketing Department for local Consumer Promotions and work closely with Local co-Packing Team
Prepare the Target Setting files for Countries/Cluster based upon inputs given by Market Analysis & Dynamics.
Manage Trade Marketing Investment to ensure Spends are in line with the budgets.
Coordinating with field teams on Requirements in terms of Stocks etc.
Develops key input to innovation forecast;(Volume Build - Up, Bleed - In Bleed out Plan )
Monitor execution of Promotional Plan
Consolidates and drives the execution of the cycle activity plans
Ensures all information is available to plan and execute;
Supports sell in of innovation (customer presentations, materials, samples)
