Main activities and responsibilities
To assist Head Waiter in all assign functions given by the Maître D’ Hotel and To ensure the direction given by the Head Waiter is carried out.
To check all the pantries, table setup and to ensure that they are setup in the correct manner and company standard with sufficient buspans, trays, racks, , etc.., and that all electrical fittings are switched on and functioning properly.
Provides a positive first impression to every customer through a warm, welcoming individual greeting; always maintains a spotless and professional appearance.
To create a comfortable, elegant ambience by always preparing table settings and maintaining service stations in line with company standards.
