• Preparation of department budgets and expenses.

• Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum performance.

• Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library containing IFC drawings, Shop drawings, Material Submittal, Method Statements RFI etc.

• Track office supply inventory and approves supply orders.

• Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction.

• Preparing Monthly staff time sheet and attendance for processing payroll.

• Implementing and monitoring department and individual staff KPI's.

• Participate in internal and external ISO audits.

• Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as project wise record management, filing system etc.
