A parts counter sales person assists customer and technicians with determining and locating part for their processes and machinery. They are skilled personnel who have a keen background in inspecting damages on a part providing advice on how to repair or replace it.
In the event of a long description, a part counter sales person will determine what part the customer needs and ensures that he pulls it out of the stock. In case the part is not in stock, a part counter person will locate it and hand it to the customer for a predetermined price
i work in a company as a sales representative on a different brand like NISSAN, TOYOTA SUZUKI, MITSUBISHI, HONDA GENUINE
1- Dealing with customers
2- Working on Catalouge understanding the customer which parts he want and provide him
3- checking the price from the Al Futtiam and give to customer
my main purpose to convey the customers about the price AND take the order
