•Proposed the Cost cutting strategy to be implemented as the insurance premiums can’t be increased by certain limit as restricted by regulatory authorities (CCHI).
•Conducted cost benefit analysis to outsource the Manafeth motor insurance facility resulting in savings and increase in revenue.
•Analyze and interpret monthly variances and trends between budgets, actual and prior results in developing projections and forecast.
•Assistance related to data processing, budgeting, spending cap adjustments, accounting, etc.
•Developed new training and quality guidelines to ensure maximum effectiveness.
•Analyzing current and past financial data and performance, preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.

Accomplishments
My biggest accomplishment with this job was learning about external reporting including monetary agency and to write reports related to audited financial statements to stakeholders. I also worked with consultants to forecast 5 years budgeting plan which is successfully implemented.
