Provide financial insights and data to support the development and execution of the company's overall business strategy.

Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards

Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
▪
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
▪
Design, implement, and monitor robust internal financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
▪
Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity and identify potential shortfalls or surpluses.
▪
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory to optimize the company's working capital cycle.
▪
Oversee banking relationships, manage investments, and handle debt management, if applicable.
▪
Identify and assess financial risks (e.g., market risk, credit risk, operational risk) and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Business Supervision

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
▪
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the organization.
▪ Developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.

Provide competitive market intelligence by identifying gaps in the current product offering and marketing activities
▪
Increase the customer awareness of the product and services
▪ Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range growth initiatives, planning, and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.

Coordinate efforts with operations, customer service and other functional departments to assure quick resolutions to customer -impacting issues

Anticipate competitive threats and take action to mitigate or eliminate such threats

Assessing feedback from all levels in the company regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes and highlights
