Execution of job according to specified requirements and standards as per contract.
Assisting to the management and coordination of activities among all project functions and engineering disciplines with respect to design specifications, HSE requirements, Constructability reviews, etc.
Coordinating and leading interface meetings with client and other contractors for resolution of interface bottlenecks and hold points and visiting site/yards and offices of other contactors as required.
Preparation of work order after receiving the job, which includes the study of drawings, scope of work, material estimation and the man-hours for various departments with starting time & completion time.
Coordination with procurement, logistics and quality departments for the production schedule.
Distribution of work load to workers in order to achieve daily production target.
Planning of day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Responsible for smooth running of production, track & control on material, labor output, utilization of resources, machines and equipment. Recording and maintaining daily production records.
Providing technical support to the project team.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Ensuring documents are submitted according to specific requirements, production meeting their standards and the site requirements.

Coordination with procurement, logistics and quality departments for the production schedule. Making the material requisitions & material procurements, Inventory control.
Production planning with minimum scrap wastage, machine capacity, controlling further activities related to project completion.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
Distribution of work load to workers in order to achieve daily production target. Utilization of manpower accurately. Planning of day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Responsible for smooth running of production, track & control on material, labor output, utilization of resources, machines and equipment. Recording and maintaining daily production records.
Providing technical support to the project team.
Preparing Bill of Materials as per requirement of design.
Preparing the monthly progress reports for client and management.
Follow up of HSE regulations (Work to Permit System, HAZARD Identification, and Incidents Notification.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for all projects erection on behalf of Sameen Enterprises.
Assisting Foreman and workers for Completion of project.
Reporting daily production status reports to the management.
Arranging the completion certificate for the project completion from the client.
