Work closely to fellow technicians, Electro-mechanical, Airco

for the monitoring of fire detection alarm system, such
as smoke detector ( VESDA ), heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit
alarm. Fire alarm panel, water leak detection panel, monitoring cctv camera
monitoring of Water tank supply level alarm
maintain daily check list
checking routine temperature of cold rooms, chiller, calorifier, lights, data Centar
Monitoring every units of electrical, Mechanical machines and inspects every routine low and high voltage
Tech, Plumbers, Tinsmith, carpenter and Security personnels and makesure that every tenants request are well coordinated
all asgine work

Set up machinery and assemble stations
Plan and assign work tasks in order to meet production goals efficiently
Perform general and preventative machine maintenance tasks
Perform limited quality control checks as directed
Ensure that all machines are in perfect working orders at all times
Clean and maintain work areas as directed
