- Launch of Sales Force.com. Led the transition from an excel based lead management system to an automated, cloud based Lead to Order Management System- Process Design, UAT, led the project from Business Side.
- Drive Sales and Marketing team to enhance the usage of Sales Force.com
- Being ISO 20000 Lead Auditor, lead the implementation of the 2011 version of the standard in the organization.

- Business Process Re-engineering for a trading company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project was to reengineer the processes, writing process manuals, assigning KPI's to all the 7 Major functions of the company
- Business Process Re-design for an Indian Telecom Major who planned to expand its horizon PAN India. These processes acted as an input to the Business Requirement Specification document to be used by IT Team for capturing System Design Requirements
- Business Process Design for a Greenfield Telecom Entrant. Process design of the entire Query, Request & Complaint workflows of the company. Aligning the processes with IT team for CRM Design for specific scenarios
- Waste Reduction and throughput for a BOPP Manufacturing unit. Led the project for this manufacturing company for delivering specific amount of Cost Savings
- Change Management for a Leading Indian telecom company. This project was to enhance the Technology Adoption by the employees of the company.
