- Implemented and developed Credit Policy for the
organization, defining criteria for setting credit
limits for customers.
- Handling Government and fortune 500 customers
from more than 30countries and managing AR of
over AED 130M.
- Managing a team of 10 people (onsite and
offshore) with an overall collection of AED 991M
+ P/A.
- Reduce exchange loss by AED: 200k + (P/A) by
converting customers to USD currency payments
and opening multi-currency bank accounts.
- Manage Order to Cash Cycle for 600+ customers
and 1200+ Invoices (P/M)and account
reconciliations.
- Responsible for due diligence of new customers
through KYC documentation, Customer ratings,
evaluating Credit risk and credit worthiness.
- Mange Cash Flow and Banking facilitates.
- Managing credit insurance for customers with
open credit and ensuring credit limits are backed
by insurance.
- Review and publishing of MIS reports with
Management on AR every month.
- Customer liaison and investigate/resolve
customer queries.
- Coordination with sales and operations team,
Commercial’s discussion and Contracts
management for credit terms.
- Coordinating with legal team on legal action
against customers with delay /default in payments.
- Managing internal and external Audits.

- DOS reduced from 65 days to 45days.
- Bad debts of less than 0.01% of revenue in the last
5 years through proper due diligence and credit
