- End to end delivery of project finance/ feasibility study of projects having average ticket size AED100 million. Reports/ IMs prepared have been accepted by various banks across UAE.
- Undertaken business valuations of companies, valuation of unquoted investments, purchase price allocation (valuation of intangibles) as per IFRS 3 and impairment testing for client across varied sectors.
- Methodologies used for valuation - DCF, multiple based and DDM. Derived valuation of small and larger corporate, group companies as well as tech startups.
- Interaction with CXOs - requirement gathering for assignments; industry research for sector related information.
- Undertaken several feasibility studies, market estimation, bench-marking and competitive intelligence assignments.
- Closely worked with Investment Managers and PE firms for creating financial models and deriving valuations, primarily DCF valuations, preparing information memorandum (IM), business plan and pitch books.
