Mapping client’s requirements, coordinating in developing & implementing processes in line with pre-set the guidelines and monitoring the overall functioning of process.
•Identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures to maximize customers satisfaction level and preparing MIS reports to appraise management of the process operation.

•Managing overall operation involved in warehouse, order execution, getting approvals of expenses, bills, logistics, customs clearance follow up with agents, etc for ensuring timely delivery of goods.
•Coordinating with freight forwarders, clearing agents and other agencies.
•Coordinating with various inspection agencies for timely shipment inspection. (SGS / Intertek/BV/TUV) for on time delivery.
•Managing all procedure of handling shipping documents for clearance of consignments and logistics functions.
•Managing all procedures of handling shipment documents in letter of credit as per UCP 600.
•Devising logistics management system to ensure delivery of finished goods and raw materials as per committed timelines and cost.
•Finalized RFQ for freight of Sea & Road shipment.
•Liaised for freight bill evaluation & payment process in context of RFQ and approved any additional expenses.
•Scrutinizing L/C documents to avoid discrepancy and risk of payments.
•Involved in LC scrutinisation and well versed with UCP 600 & ISBP.
•Monitoring shipments from Invoice dates to goods delivery to customers WH.
•Weekly shipment reports to management for shipment under transit / delivered at destination port / cleared by customers.
