Key responsibilities:
Interface with Wealth Management, Investment Banking Business Units of UBS.
Evaluate idea by performing Opportunity Assessment to determine whether there is a sufficient strategic and financial merit in implementing an RPA solution.
Running workshops, interviews with client SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.
Calculate automation % and FTE benefit and build effort estimates.
Present summary of findings to the client and walk them through to-be design of the automated process.
Understanding the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process.
Prepare a detail Solution Design Document and engage development team.
Perform due diligence while communicating the progress of implementation to the client.
Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
Prepare UAT plan. Co-ordinate and conduct UAT within defined time-frame.
Support hyper-care of the Bot until it becomes stable.
• Analysis of client’s business requirements and processes by applying requirement elicitation techniques like, Document analysis, Interviews, Requirement Workshops.
• Perform Data Profiling to improve data quality and improve understanding of data for the users.
• Conducted Data Quality Management workshops to rectify and improve the Metadata.
• Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand business process models.
• Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
• Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
• Market research to identify market trends; trend analysis.
• First point of contact for Busines users, Devlopers, QA and 3rd party systems.
• Prepare Product plan and roadmap (Product Backlog).
• Preparation of functional specifications of product in the form of wireframes, user stories, workflow diagrams.
• Co-ordinate with user experience team, engineering team and QC team to get the product designed and developed
