• Reviewing the Quality Inspector’s work
• Ensure that the quality plan is adequate and sampling plan is enough to ensure the defect detection.
• Ensure material traceability on the production floor/incoming/finished goods.
• Implementation and improvement of checklists forms procedures, quality plan, processes, work instructions.
• Help percolate quality culture in process
• Asses defects and develop mechanism to eradicate it by means of checklists, process improvements, procedure changes, work instruction changes etc..
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications, training programs etc.
• Accomplishes quality departments goals and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Maintain and update quality inspector records
• Contribute to company’s continual improvement in Quality Management & HSE performance by ensuring safety, environmental and quality standards and maintained within the work place.
• Maintain cordial relationship with the Clients, Suppliers, Vendors, Manufacturers and External Auditors.
• Assisting the Management Representative (MR) on the Implementation of IMS System for the Organization.
• Planning, preparing, and maintaining all the records related to the following areas: Audits (Internal & External), MRM, KPI, Reports reviews, Action Plans, Lesson Learnt, Training, Customer Complaints etc
• Witnessing, Inspection and Quality Control of various valves according to the INSPECTION TEST PLAN.
• As a contact person for all Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturers/Contractors Prequalification related matters, Responsible for their initial screening and maintaining necessary records and registers.
• Participating in the Audits (Internal & External).
• A focal point for the Procurement related matters for the Organization.
• Effective monitoring of implemented quality systems as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Ensures the availability of quality control records.

• Interacting with clients via Emails & calls
• Liaise with clients & operations teams to gather requirements, product roadmap and user feedback
• Responsible for sending the daily, weekly & the monthly reports to the client.
• Analyze and interpret the documents of the company according to Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 18001:2007)
Provide companies with documentation, and consult the company to implement according to the ISO standards.Have went for audit as a trainee in NABH projects.
3rd level of Testing of the QMS facility software.

I have experience in ISO Auditing at Zandig Knowledge Management Pvt, Ltd. and Quality Control project held in ACE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM with skills of six sigma green belt, Statistical Process Control, Statistical Quality Control, ISO 9001:2008 internal auditor, Metrology and Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management System from NTTF. I have completed my bachelor of engineering in Aeronautical under the faculty of Mechanical Engineering department in 2012 under Anna University, Chennai, India.
